Sharing your charts

It’s understandable that you’re proud of your work. You want to share with your co-workers or a wider audience. It’s easy to do.

    1. Make sure the chart is shareable. Hover your mouse over the leftmost icon in the subheading. (It will be a globe or a padlock). If ‘Sharing Options’ doesn’t show up, then save a copy of the chart and recheck.

    2. Once that dropdown offers ‘Sharing Options’, select and review your choices. You can share to a particular email address (the owner will have to be a Data Room subscriber) or you can share with the wider community – meaning everyone in the Data Room.

    3. If you want to share to a wider audience (of Data Room subscribers) in a blog post or in some other document, then head to the top right of your chart and hover over the triple dash icon. There you’ll see the ‘Embed’ option. Select. A box will pop up containing the code for embedding in a page like this or wherever you like. You can edit the size and framing as you like.
